We have packages and classes that meet everyone's budget. Our class cards are valid for 12 months. Drop-ins are always available. The more you buy, the more you save. Classes may be reserved up to 30 days in advance.

Kids Yoga Classes Ages 5-10

B-Tween Classes Ages 8-13

Teen Classes Ages 12-17

The room temperature will be moderately warm, to allow for comfort and to promote relaxation. These classes are for any child who expresses a desire to learn about yoga, the movement of the body, increase flexibility, strength, and mental concentration. Kids classes are every Sunday. B-Tween and Teen classes are once a month.

Girl Scout Troop, Birthday party? Let Us host your next Kids Event! Parties are age appropriate (can be designed for ages 1-13 years old), and include basic and challenging yoga poses, fun yoga games, and relaxation time.
